My work is architecture. I take a business apart to first principles, find the asymmetry — the one decision that carries disproportionate weight — and remove the noise around it. How it looks from outside
You are the product, and you have never tested whether you have to be. Clients "only really pay when I am the one doing the work" — and you have "never let a client meeting happen without me in it." Those two facts are the same fact. Price pressure is not a design problem; it is what happens when the thing being bought is your presence, and your presence is capped at one room at a time. You have been deciding about the dental chain since June without saying a word to anyone. That is not deliberation. That is a decision being stored instead of made.
