Write to me.

I read everything that arrives. I answer what carries a real decision inside it.

In writing, not on a call

My mornings are not for other people's calendars — they are where the thinking happens, and a call costs more than the half hour it occupies. So everything starts in writing, and most of it stays there.

Write what the decision is, what is at stake, and what you have already tried. That tells me more in five sentences than an hour of introductions would.

Nothing free is on offer

There is no discovery call, no audit, no sample analysis, no proposal, no deck. Not because I am guarding my time as a posture, but because the thinking is the product. Giving away a diagnosis to win the right to sell you one would price the work at zero before it started.

If you want to know how I think, the book and the essays are the whole method, in public, at length.

The ways in are already published

You do not need to negotiate an entry point with me. There are three, they are priced, and they are on this site: the book, The Gate, and The Decision Room. Pick the one that matches the weight of what you are carrying.

Press, speaking, and partnership inquiries are welcome by the same route — in writing, with the specifics included.

I reply to what is specific. Silence is not a verdict on you — it means the message did not carry a decision I could move.
