The thinking behind it
Execution became cheap. Direction did not.
AI drove the cost of doing things to almost nothing. Things that took a team now take an afternoon. That created leverage — and it created noise, because when everything can be done, everything looks like it should be. The bottleneck moved. It is no longer information, and it is no longer execution. It is knowing what actually matters.

In the live rooms
Few rules. Kept.
- Real decisions only. Not ideas, not plans to plan. Something with a yes or a no in it.
- What is said in the room stays in the room. Discretion is the condition for honesty.
- Nobody sells anything. Not to the room, not to each other.
- Observing is participation. You do not have to speak to get the value.
- It is not a mastermind and not group coaching. It is a room for seeing the decision underneath the noise.
- Membership at least a day before. The link to the Decision Room goes only to active members.
