Free business diagnosis · three to five minutes
You're not stuck because you work too little.
You're stuck at one point you can't see from inside.
Find Your Bottleneck runs your business through the frameworks in Asymmetric Decisions — the Decision Filter and Shadow Patterns — and tells you which one of eight areas is holding the rest, the decision underneath it, and the one move that changes the trajectory.
You just read the method. This runs it on your situation instead of on an example.
No account. No credit card. The reading on this page, and as a PDF in your inbox. It is also the simplest way to reach me: the reading ends with the next step.
Why you can't see it
Founders don't see from inside what is obvious from outside.
You know your numbers better than anyone. That is the problem. The closer you stand, the more everything looks equally urgent — and the one thing holding the rest is the one you stopped noticing, because you have been living inside it for years. Every business I have taken apart had a bottleneck the owner could describe perfectly and could not see. It is not intelligence. It is position.
My work is architecture. I take a business apart to first principles, find the asymmetry — the one decision that carries disproportionate weight — and remove the noise around it. This tool does the first pass of that work, with my frameworks, for free. If the reading is useful, you will know what to read next, or what to bring if you write to me. If it is not, you have lost a few minutes.
What is checked
Eight areas. No scores.
- Positioning
- Pricing
- Distribution
- Offer architecture
- Focus
- Decision avoidance
- Founder as bottleneck
- AI leverage
The reading tells you which one is holding the rest. No percentages, on purpose: most areas are not the problem, and saying so is part of the reading.
What you get
One reading. Six parts.
- The decision you're actually facing — in one sentence, as a real choice.
- What you think is in the way — in your own framing.
- How it looks from outside — the gap between the two is the reading.
- The asymmetry — where one move changes the trajectory.
- What you're avoiding — and what it is costing you.
- The asymmetric move — one physical action, within 48 hours.
How it works
- 01
Describe the situation
One paragraph: what you are building, and what has been stuck the longest.
- 02
Answer four to seven questions
One at a time. Each is built on what you just said — not a script.
- 03

Who is answering: an AI running my method — not me. It is sharp. The judgment stays mine, and for the right problem that is the next step, not this one.
A sample reading
Illustrative — a fictional six-person agency, run through the real method.
How it looks from outside
You are the product, and you have never tested whether you have to be. Clients "only really pay when I am the one doing the work" — and you have "never let a client meeting happen without me in it." Those two facts are the same fact. Price pressure is not a design problem; it is what happens when the thing being bought is your presence, and your presence is capped at one room at a time. You have been deciding about the dental chain since June without saying a word to anyone. That is not deliberation. That is a decision being stored instead of made.
The asymmetric move — within 48 hours
By Friday: email Ola naming her lead on the dental account, copy the client, and remove yourself from the next meeting. Do not attend. Do not answer the follow-up yourself.
This is also how you reach me
There is no contact form. This is it.
The reading ends with exactly one next step. Sometimes it is a free essay. Sometimes the book. For a genuine architecture problem with money and a team attached, it is a short conversation with me — and the reading says so.
Already have a specific decision and want to write directly? The address is on the contact page. Run this first: it tells you what to bring.
Questions
- Is it really free?
- Yes. No account, no card, no trial. It costs me a little to run, and it is the best way I have to show how I think.
- Is this you, or an AI?
- An AI running my method on my own material. It is sharp, and it is not my judgment — it says so on the report.
- What happens to my answers?
- Stored privately so the report can reach you; I read them before any conversation. Nothing is published. Ask, and they are deleted.
- Will you try to sell me something?
- You get one next step, and only one. Never a call unless the problem warrants it.
